


Amanda serves as Vice President at BWE, bringing expertise in engineering, project management, and operations to support the company's continued growth and success. She joined the BWE Pool Department in March 2025, where she oversees residential and commercial pool projects, as well as outdoor living design and construction.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Arizona State University and has experience in residential and commercial pool construction, CAD engineering with a focus on 3D modeling and process standardization, and sales engineering in the valve industry. Amanda also brings more than 15 years of drafting experience across civil, communications, and mechanical disciplines.
Committed to professional excellence, Amanda continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education with the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) and holds the Certified Builder Professional (CBP) designation. As Vice President, she is dedicated to driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovative, client-focused solutions for every project.


Ariel Renicker joined BWE as People Operations Manager in March 2026, bringing a diverse background in human resources, leadership development, and organizational strategy. With extensive experience in program management, HR generalist roles, and corporate investigations, she takes a thoughtful, people-first approach to building strong teams and positive workplace cultures.
Ariel holds associate degrees in STEM and Business Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, and is completing a Master of Legal Studies at Texas A&M University with a focus on Employment Law, Policy, and Human Resource Management. She is also SHRM-CP certified, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.
She specializes in developing strategic HR processes that enhance the employee experience, improve organizational effectiveness, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-focused culture. Ariel is passionate about helping both organizations and employees succeed together.
Outside of work, Ariel grew up in Salem, Oregon, where she enjoyed camping and crabbing along the Oregon Coast.


Nate joined the Blake Wilson Engineering team in February of 2006 and has been in the structural field of construction since 1991. Nate has completed over five years of continuing education in construction at Northlake Community College and Tarrant County College.
Nathan Phillips has excelled in our office preparing construction plans for a wide variety of projects including hotels, storage facilities, residential remodels, and retail buildings.


Frank joined the Blake Wilson Engineering team in August of 2012. He received an AAS Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Texas State Technical Institute. Frank has over 30 years of experience in developing and implementing a variety of engineering plans such as water/wastewater infrastructure, airport transportation development, and aviation time compliance technical order manuals.
Frank currently assists with various structural projects, field inspections, and all phases regarding pool construction plans, details, and specifications.


Bryce Allen serves as CAD Administrator at BWE, where he has led commercial and residential pool design efforts since 2020. With eight years of multidisciplinary engineering experience, he specializes in commercial pool design, CAD systems protocols, and the development of company design standards. Bryce earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Alabama and is both a Certified Builder Professional through PHTA and a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate.
His technical expertise includes hydraulic and mechatronic systems design, AutoCAD, LISP programming, and Microsoft Excel automation. Throughout his career, Bryce has contributed to projects ranging from deep-space robotics for NASA's Microgravity NExT program to plumbing CAD systems for Jordan & Skala Engineers, while also developing BWE's commercial pool design standards.
Bryce is passionate about using engineering to solve complex problems and improve people's lives. Outside of work, he develops open-source audiovisual software using Python and Lua and supports nonprofit humanism and mutual aid initiatives. An accomplished musician, he plays six instruments and spent four summers touring with Drum Corps International. He also enjoys triathlon, rowing, and other water sports.


Jesse Callan joined BWE in December 2025 as a Pool Engineering Technician and has since advanced to the role of Project Coordinator Associate. Before joining the team, he spent three years managing residential and commercial construction projects and brings additional experience in hospitality, sales, and real estate, providing a well-rounded perspective that supports both clients and project teams.
Jesse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Texas at San Antonio and holds a CAD Master Level 2 Certification. He enjoys engineering because it allows him to understand how and why buildings and systems are designed and constructed. He values collaboration, creative problem-solving, and the opportunity to continuously learn and grow alongside his team.
Outside of work, Jesse enjoys competitive bowling, outdoor adventures such as camping, mountain biking, and hiking, and exploring new experiences. He also finds cooking therapeutic and enjoys the creativity of preparing great meals.


Jesus is a Staff Engineer in the Structural Department at Blake Wilson Engineering. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Construction Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2021 and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton (UACCM).
Jesus interned with Blake Wilson Engineering from January 2022 through December 2025 before joining the firm as a full-time Staff Engineer in May 2026. With more than seven years of experience in the storage and metal building industry, he has contributed to a variety of structural projects, including storage facilities, residential remodels, and retail developments.
Outside of work, Jesus enjoys playing golf and soccer, watching sports, following UFC, and keeping up with Formula 1 racing.


Mohammed Al Jumaily is a Staff Engineer specializing in structural design with four years of industry experience, all of which have been with BWE. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He also holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification and is working toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Mohammed has contributed to a variety of commercial and residential projects, including self-storage facilities, hangars, warehouses, homes, and patio structures. He is committed to delivering practical, efficient, and reliable structural solutions tailored to each project’s unique needs.
What Mohammed enjoys most about engineering is how it develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while tackling complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer, creating artwork and graphic designs, and translating Arabic-to-English works focused on Islamic intellectual heritage and philosophy. He is trilingual, speaking Arabic, English, and Spanish.


Danny Ventura is a Structural Engineer in Training at BWE with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering and four years of experience in structural engineering. His expertise includes residential and commercial structural design, earth retention systems, and developing optimized, cost-effective solutions tailored to each project’s needs.
Danny has contributed to a variety of projects, including self-storage facilities using light-gauge and hot-rolled steel framing, residential patio structures, and earth-retaining walls. He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of engineering and the challenge of finding practical, efficient designs that balance performance, cost, and project goals.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys spending time with his son, watching movies, and playing video games. A fun fact about Danny is that he is not an AI enthusiast, so if you ever find a mistake in his work, he’ll be the first to take responsibility.
